Does anyone have experience integrating with Salesforce using a third-party integrator via a separate API instead of using the available Salesforce <> Ironclad integration? If so, what was your experience?
My company wants to use Informatica because it is our standard integration tool, and they feel that adding an additional integration tool (i.e. Ironclad's Salesforce integration API) will add too much complexity to our maintenance workflows.
I am not in IT. I am a business user (Admin) and developed all of our Ironclad workflows.
