Archive: Edit Properties while viewing document

During the Archive step, I would like the ability to view the final, signed document while editing properties to ensure that metadata correctly reflects the final document information.

Currently, I am having to open the workflow in two windows so that I can review the signed document in one and view/edit the properties in another.

This would make archiving so much easier!

100% agree with this statement. We have a paralegal handling the archival step, but not much else in the contract negotiations. This would make it much easier for her to validate properties, especially if this was combined in with the fact that many of these contracts are requested using the intake agent and it can help the archiver identify the applicable contract language.
