Would it be possible to embed certain clauses in the underlying Word doc which could appear or disappear based on the status of the document with respect to the workflow, such as whether it has been taken out of Ironclad or edited outside of the template? Here are the two use cases I am thinking about:
- A rubber stamped signature which would disappear from the document if the document was edited, downloaded, or shared.
- The automatic addition of the Other Clauses term to the Universal NDA, if it is edited outside of the template.
