Deleting Entity Property, Completed Workflow/Records

Hi all,

Is there a way to delete the following items?

Entity Properties - I know we cannot delete or edit system-generated, but I am trying to delete a custom Entity Property and cannot seem to do so (I can edit, but not delete).
Completed Workflow/Records - I created a test workflow, but now am unable to delete the completed Workflow and associated Record. It says I can only delete imported records, but as an Admin, it seems we should have the ability to clean up the repository or permanently delete completed Workflows. Am I missing a setting somewhere to allow this?
