Hi all, in our salesforce instance we use Quote record as a source for initiating the workflow. We have enabled record Sync setting, so that once workflow is Complete the signed contract file sync to salesforce under Ironclad Contracts object. This setting is working perfectly. But we found two completed workflow where Ironclad contracts are not created. What could be the potential reason? There is no error message available in Ironclad workflow screen. Please help.
