Hi all, sometimes a rep can do conversation with client outside Ironclad also. We want this conversation should be tracked in Ironclad. We are looking for an email alias of Ironclad which can be added by sales rep in cc of every thread if they do any conversation outside the Ironclad. So that this is tracked in Ironclad workflow. Please let me know is there any email alias supported by Ironclad. Thanks.
