We are exploring the idea of a one page document that describes the intent of some of the non-negotiable Terms of the Contract and why. Has anyone ever created one of these or seen one that they liked? If we were to create one we would also like to include that in Ironclad. My initial thought is to make it the first page of the Agreement but is there a way to include it as a stand alone document that is sent with the Agreement in Ironclad?
