Hi All,
Ironclad provides a great way to see workflow data and step duration within custom views (e.g. Sign Step Duration 2d 7h). However when exporting to excel, the data is converted into a number in milliseconds (e.g. 2d 7h = 199115212).
Formatting the cell does not work for me, so I've been using a formula to convert milliseconds to seconds, then to minutes, then to hours, then to days, but the process is cumbersome when you have multiple cells to convert.
Does anyone have a quicker solution to convert in excel or a better way to see the data in D/H/M values?
