Hi everyone! We’re excited to share that the Ironclad Community will be moving to a new home on June 1. We’ll be migrating from Khoros to our new platform, Higher Logic. As part of the migration, the current community will be set to read only beginning May 25.
This move gives us a stronger foundation to continue growing and investing in the community experience moving forward. Over the coming months, we’ll also be rolling out several new initiatives including:
• User groups
• Community events
• A Customer Champions program
In addition to this notice, you’ll receive the following emails in the coming weeks:
• May 21: Customer email announcement with migration details and login instructions
• June 1: Launch day email with login instructions

The Ironclad Community URL will remain the same. Customers will be able to sign in using either SSO or email/password credentials. If you log in using email/password credentials, you’ll be prompted to reset your password.

We’re excited to invest more deeply in the community experience and look forward to sharing many new events and initiatives in the months ahead.
