The current 100-page limit for document imports—applicable to both Standard Import and Smart Import—is preventing users from uploading complete agreements into the system. We have many agreements, that exceed that page count, requiring users to split documents into smaller sections to proceed. As a result, users must break files into segments of 100 pages or fewer and upload each portion individually. This workaround is time-consuming, inefficient, and creates fragmented records rather than preserving a single, complete agreement.
Additionally, there is no native capability within the system to merge these split documents back together, which undermines the purpose of centralized document management and limits the effectiveness of AI extraction. This limitation ultimately increases manual effort, introduces risk of error, and negatively impacts user adoption and satisfaction. To address this, the 100-page limit should be significantly increased to support larger agreements, enabling a more seamless upload experience, improving efficiency, and preserving document integrity for review, storage, and downstream processing.
