Auto archive setting

Hello Community,

We have enabled the Auto Archive as 'Always'. In some instances sales rep get the partially signed agreement outside the ironclad and they upload it as a Signed packet, and then workflow auto archives. In this cases Legal team followup to get the agreement fully signed. But then they are unable to upload as the workflow is already Complete. So we want a functionality if users upload the signed packet then workflow should not auto archieve. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hello Pawan,

In your case, the key is how the user completes the Upload Signed Packet flow. When uploading a partially signed packet, the uploader needs to select and check off only the signers whose signatures are actually included in the PDF when they reach the Select signers step.

If there are still signers who have not signed yet, those signers must not be selected during upload, and the user should choose the option to save the partially-signed packet rather than proceed to Archive.

That keeps the workflow in the correct signing state so the remaining signatures can still be collected or the final fully signed version can be uploaded later.
