Universal Conditions for all of the existing workflows

I am currently building seven separate workflows, each of which requires the same set of conditions based on department, associated cost centers, and designated approvers and signers. Since these conditions are identical across multiple workflows, maintaining them individually is becoming quite time-consuming.

Is there a way to create a centralized or reusable condition set that can be referenced across multiple workflows, similar to how properties can be defined once and reused as needed? This would help streamline configuration and simplify ongoing maintenance.

Alisha, thanks for your feedback. I have good news for you. We are in final testing for a new feature called Global Conditions which will solve the problem that you outlined. This will make it easy to define the condition once and then reuse it across all of your workflow configurations. We expect to have this capability available to you in the August '26 timeframe.
