I would like to explore "no touch" NDAs for our Ironclad NDA workflow. Here are the details: the workflow is set up to use our paper and we will not allow negotiation (in this example).
Ironclad has the capability to route the workflow from inception to signature and this will save our paralegals or attorneys from touching the NDA. Here's where we are struggling: our business clients (internal or external) sometimes do not use the correct or legal name for the counter-party name. Sometimes we have a paralegal or attorney vetting an NDA workflow simply to ensure the legal name of the counter-party is correct.
Has anyone solved this? Does anyone API with a 3rd party to validate the company or is there a different solve, e.g. we take the risk. I am curious to know if anyone in the community has a vetting system I could leverage.
