Hello - Is anyone else experiencing an issue where the Word Online function is now greyed out?
We used to be able to select Edit Online without having a connected dedicated matching Microsoft account with our SSO login, but apparently now we do.
We don't have Microsoft Licenses. We have Office licenses that use a Key rather than Microsoft Accounts that get assigned Office.
I have an open ticket with support, but not getting anywhere at the moment.
