I'm looking for some help with fixing the expiration date calculation for imported records. Ironclad is capturing Effective Date and Term Length, but then not subtracting 1 day. So an agreement that is effective on January 1, 2026 and has a 12 month term, should expire on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59pm, but Ironclad is calculating January 1, 2027. How do I fix this?
The same thing happens in the lifecycle presets, but they don't appear to be using a calculation that I can update.
