We are using the new 2.8 Version of the Ironclad instance in Salesforce if that is helpful. Has anyone seen this before?
We have had a few users come up with the same error while testing this week. The Users all have the same SSO setup and the same permissions in Salesforce and they belong to different Groups in Ironclad. When trying to launch a Workflow via Ironclad in Salesforce they see the form for a brief second or two and then they get one of two frowny face errors…
