Context: I have many IC user groups set up and hundreds of users. But I only have c.4 Administrators who are authorised to manage (add/remove) individuals within those groups. This is extremely burdensome for the Admins given that we are an organisation with 1000s users and constant movers, starters, leavers. Since Administrators have the power to do basically anything in Ironclad, I do not want to give Administrator access to someone (say, a Senior Sales Manager) just so that they can keep their user group (e.g. Sales Managers) up to date.
Idea: in a similar way that it is possible to set a "Default User" in each group, could a new role be created so that one or more members of a group could be set as "Group Admin" and be able to add/remove users to and from the group?
Thanks! 🙂
