Context: I have a workflow in which the Counter Party is sometimes required to upload a certificate or invoice for review by our Finance Department before the contract is negotiated / signed. I do not want such documents to be visible in the Repository once the contract is signed but I cannot currently prevent it from happening because the "Record Storage" on/off feature cannot be toggled to "off" when the field type = "File Attachment". The only way I can "hide" the additional documents uploaded to the workflow is to delete them all manually from the Repository and this is too labour intensive.
Idea: enable "Record Storage" feature to be toggled off for File Attachment fields in WFD.
