Hi everyone, hope you're doing well!
My organization currently uses HelloSign but as expressed in a few other threads, many companies won't accept HelloSign and will only sign via DocuSign. Due to this pain point, we are switching our signature platform from HelloSign to DocuSign. I understand there's no way to do this slowly and allow testing, it's just the toggle on/off button in the Integrations.
I do not want to freak out our entire sales / HR teams by doing a sudden switch and having a ton of issues - has anyone done a signature platform switch like this and any pain points or advice for me? I plan on doing this on a Friday afternoon to avoid as many new outgoing signatures as possible while I run tests, but any preparation tips would be helpful.
