Power BI dashboards from Excel report of repository

Looking to discuss with anyone on how and best practice that has built up a PowerBI dashboard or equivalent as a way to manage data quality and visualise new contracts and info on a monthly basis.

In no way a BI Expert so am learning the ropes on it in parallel.
