Change DocuSign Email

Hello,

Is it possible to change the email "From" line and text of the DocuSign email? We would like the counterparty to receive an email from our customer service representative's email address, not from Ironclad (as shown in the screenshot below). We'd also like to edit the text of the message.

Note: Sandbox Mode uses HelloSign, but we use DocuSign in live mode.
