IDEA: add a "clear form" feature in document preview (WFD)

Sometimes, when I am testing conditional clauses in my templates/forms, using the "document preview" function in WFD, I get weird outcomes...

IDEA: It might be handy if I could clear the entire form - either when I first open the document preview or at any point during testing - because then I could be certain that I am starting testing from a blank slate and there is no data hidden behind a conditional field that is not visible because I've changed some other field...

Ps. the weird outcomes seem to be most prevalent when I have default values in some fields and 2 or more questions in the form/s relating to the same field.
