At Impossible we do not have Legal Ops. I am the Senior Corporate Paralegal who is basically the everything person. We have a corporate paralegal that does more of the traditional corporate paralegal stuff (working most with our board and shareholder matters). We have someone with the tile of Legal Ops, but she focuses mostly on Legal billing. I, on the other hand, do what is considered Legal Ops (Admin most of our main technology platforms, review contracts, project manage, partner cross functionally, etc...).
So, my question is:
1. Does your company have a Legal Ops team?
2. (If Yes to #1) How many people are part of that team and what is the structure?
3. (If Yes to #1) Who does the team report?
4. (If Yes or No to #1) How many people is your Legal team?
