Hi Community!
I know that this is not directly related to LegalOps but I'd like to better understand outsourcing of legal agenda in the US so hopefully you can share with me your experience 🙂 We're SaaS company based in the EU and we're dealing with a lot of US clients - since the negotiations are becoming more and more complex, it'd be great to involve US counsel in some cases. However, we're still quite small company and our legal team is super capable (I'm joking 😅) so it doesn't make much sense to hire a new (even part-time) counsel. I know it's quite common to use counsel on demand in the US - can someone please explain to me how this works? And does anyone have any references?
I'm sorry for a spam, but this community is full of great people so I though it would be great to ask here first 🙂 Thanks in advance!
