Can't save a redline when I add/respond to comments with Ironclad

Hi all! I have run into a snag. If I am redlining a document, I can see the comments in Ironclad but I cannot respond to comments or add comments in and then send a redline version back to the internal team/customer. I see on a couple of other boards people are downloading and then uploading, but I was hoping that I was just misusing the tool.
