Hello all! @Blake_Ferguson and I have been using Ironclad for vendor requests for about 5 months now and adoption has overall been really good. One area that trips people up seems to be the signature process/logistics. There are 3 main signing possibilities we are seeing, and I'm not sure if Workflow Designer accounts for each of them.
1. Both parties sign: main Ironclad use case
2. One party signs: We have a condition set up where the counterparty signer field only shows up when the requester notes that their signature is required
3. No signature is required: This happens fairly often if we are approving an online purchase... unclear how to accommodate
Is it possible to have a full workflow that doesn't require a signature at the end?
