Remove "Last [Day of the Week]" From Timestamps

Instead of marking a date as "Last Tuesday" in Activity Feed or on the Dashboard, it would be better to simply display the timestamp of the post/info update. "Last _____" gets confusing when it is Thursday and the date is displayed as "Last Tuesday" but really means 2 days ago.

This was 2 days ago. Today is Wednesday, so "Last Monday" means 9 days ago.

@David_Wieseneck Yes! It gives us a minor heart attack sometimes - like we've let something slip. There is also concern about optics from less frequent users.

Thanks for this; we're with you on it. I've had my own share of minor heart attacks when I've seen this on an Ironclad @ Ironclad workflow.
