Hi IC community! For those who have integrated HR/people data within the system (Workday via Okta in our case), for what fields in IC are you able to leverage that data?
Our concept is that, based on known approval thresholds and manger hierarchy data passed to IC, users should be able to select an approver and have the system navigate to the correct manager level to find the right approver, and enabling that selection on the launch form in a user friendly way (e.g. type-ahead search box when the list could be thousands of people).
However, our implementation team is saying the only field that could work this way is the Workflow Owner (person completing the launch form) and not for another field like Business or Finance Owner which seems like a major limitation. Are we missing something? Curious how anyone has dealt with this in their implementation - thank you!
