Apologize in advance if this is a super basic question but as I get more familiar with our system I'm trying to understand the repository better. I just came across a record that we terminated a few months ago but if someone didn't look at historical note in the original record, they might not know it was terminated. I'm wondering there is a way people are easily tracking records overall status (i.e. is the contract Active, Inactive/Expired, Terminated etc.) This was something that was very clearly marked on each record in my previous work's CLM system so wondering how others are easily making this viewable. Any tips or screenshots would be great! Thank you!
