Multi-unit franchise workflow?

I am working with a franchise organization and they have a need for a multi-unit workflow. This would be a set of deals that are negotiated together where one signer (either one or multiple LLCs, but one set of signatories) would have multiple templates generated, one for "business territory". So multiple templates in the signing packet, and multiple agreements handled through the launch form.

Is anyone doing something like this? How are you handling it, without having multiple workflows with each template duplicated in each workflow?
