Anyone else notice that the same question will appear differently in the Ironclad launch form vs the embedded launch form in Salesforce?

The same help text will appear above the options in a question on the Ironclad launch form & below the options in the embedded launch form in Salesforce.

Is this documented anywhere? Anyone else seeing this? Strange.
