My client wants several features that the integration with IC doesn't have.
Does anyone do this? I know I can have the team download the documents at the approval step and then they can get them into Docusign. How are they getting the signed documents back into IC as part of the workflow to countersign and archive?
(The features they want are -- customize the DS cover letter on every workflow, add tags that are more than signer tags on every workflow (toggle custom tags on and off sort of behavior), and signers who are the same person but fulfill multiple roles should only receive one DS email for signature.) Anyone have workarounds that aren't decoupling and sending manually because they prefer it?
