Hi Community!
I tried to loop in a user group we have in Ironclad (the Deal Desk group) to a workflow and it isn't an option. I can only loop in individual users.
Use case: our deal desk team is currently made up of just 1 person (me). When I'm unavailable, the AE needs to loop in my manager for assistance but him and I would both like to have me copied as well (for visibility, and so I can pick up where he left off, if necessary).
Therefore, ideally, it would be best if the AEs can loop in Deal Desk, as a group (which includes me and my manager), into the workflow, instead of needing to separately loop in my manager and me.
Is there currently a way to do this that I'm unaware of? Or is this something you IC geniuses can make possible?
