Hello colleagues,
I'd like to learn what others have done to let your internal signers know that when they receive a DocuSign envelope (or any e-signature request integrated with IC) (after the agreement/contract has gone through the Ironclad workflow process)), it's safe to open and sign it?
One workaround I've used in the past is to ask our internal authorized signers to go into Ironclad and just look up the workflow to make sure that, in fact, it went through the standard process of review and approval. However, I feel like that's asking a lot of signers who are already inundated with notifications, requests, etc.
I wish there was a way for Ironclad to have a link or a tag within the e-signature envelope that the agreement/contract pending their signature has been reviewed and approved via Ironclad. I believe this will make a lot of executives appreciate the value of Ironclad and that it's safe to proceed with the signature(s). Thanks.
Sincerely,
Nadia
