We like to have the workflow owners send contracts for signature - and it's great when it's a template and goes through our esignature tool. But when the counterparty insists they want to sign a contract in their tool, and then the workflow owner uploads it into Ironclad - we on the legal team have no idea what may have been added to the contract. I'd like to be able to prevent workflow owners from uploading partially signed docs at the signature stage so they have to come to Legal to review before uploading (probably a group based permission). Anyone else having the same issue? I don't want to send every contract for signature from the legal team, but I want to minimize edits post legal approval - otherwise we won't have a chance to review until the archive stage.
