Some of my workflows collect a large amount of metadata via the launch and counterparty forms.
When workflows owners, reviewers and archivers come to look at a workflow to complete their assigned tasks, it's often tricky for them to quickly identify the specific metadata (one or more items) that they are interested in because there does not seem to be any logic to the order in which the data is listed on the right hand side of the workflow page (see screenshot)...
Some ideas to address this:
- allow individuals to personalise their view of workflow data (similar to Repository and Dashboard 2.0)
- allow Admins to pre-configure the order in which the data is listed in a workflow, using WFD
- just list the data alphabetically by field name?
