Feature Request: Change Paper Source Mid-Workflow!

Hi Ironclad Community,

Idea: Feature that allows us to change the paper source of a workflow without cancelling the workflow and starting a new one!

When I click "Edit Info" I do not have the option to edit the paper source.

If we start on counterparty paper and want to switch to our paper, or vice versa, we should be able to do so without cancelling the workflow and starting a new one.

Please help. Thanks!

I'm running into this issue often right now, were third party paper comes in mid workflow and the paper source changes and the record type changes and that makes reporting awful. We also cannot take advantage of the auto archive since everything needs to be reviewed for these changes prior or the reporting is really a mess. Has anyone developed any workarounds that are working for them?

Same Issue. This is a very common scenario. I.E. Start by issuing our NDA, then end up negotiating other party paper. We're only live for about 4 months, but this has been raised a number of times by my legal team.

This feature is still pending after 3 years or have I missed the way to do this in Ironclad?
