Add Drop-down to Archive

The Archive step in our live workflows does not allow for the use of drop-down field options. Instead all of the metadata we submit in the Archive field are free text fields. Please add capabilities where we will be able to build the Archive step into a combination of drop-down responses and free text responses. Thanks!

@David_Wieseneck -- Definitely want this functionality.

The ideal situation would be that that Legal could in the "Archive" step (i) use drop down field (to make the archive flow more efficient/within a designated framework) and (ii) have the ability to "tag" the relevant provisions within the the signed document (e.g. tag the limitation of liability section or the termination for convenience section, etc.).

I was looking for the very same feature and unfortunately do not think this feature is available yet. Would be a great add!
