Hey All - I have another issue I'm bringing to everyone to see if someone has a solve. We're using the conditional review role assignment for legal. So all legal roles are lumped together with conditions rather than separate roles, which is nice as it ensures no duplicative legal reviewers. We have one circumstance (staffing SOWs on our paper w/no changes) that we want to push directly to signature. Unfortunately the conditional assignment doesn't allow any condition to be included that uses a "not generated from template" rule.
Personally I think IC should treat that as a role in the conditional assignment but bypass it into Signature unless the template is changed, but for now it's forcing the failsafe "or when no condition is met" role which makes us approve the template before it can go to signature. Not ideal if you want a SOW to be signed if it has no changes to the template.
I also tried to duplicate the conditional role and assign one to "from template" and the other to "not from template" to see what would happen, but it still loops a reviewer in.
I fear we won't be able to use the new conditional review roles properly if this is persistent but figured one of you IC geniuses may have noodled this one out already.
