We are working on adding our Active Contracts to the Ironclad Repository that were signed prior to Ironclad.
The Intent - one place where stakeholders can view the document and they key metadata
The Question - how do you add metadata to a document stored in the repository that was never collected in a workflow?
The Second Question - how do you add metadata to a document that was negotiated and signed in Ironclad that added non-standard metadata that you need to now track. Ex. Additional clauses or changed clauses that now need to be tracked since they are outside of the standard T&Cs?
