Bitmovin has designed its Ironclad instance to be as self-serve for our business users as possible. To that end, we have developed several chatbots to provide our business users with contextual help on demand. We are open sourcing the first of those bots here, under a uNDA License.
The videos come mostly from Sara Lim' help content on Wista, although we have developed some content on our own and have left placeholders for you to do the same.
For our chatbot, we are using Workflows for Slack. So we know that the logic can be pretty much imported directly from the spreed sheet. We expect that it would be easy enough to import to other applications as well.
We plan to open other similar workflows if there is interest from the community.
