I'm curious if anyone is using Ironclad to track data deletion requirements, and if so how you have implemented that. We've received a request from our engineering team to help facilitate this, but because we work in a 90% 3rd party contract environment there is no standardization of data deletion requirements across our contracts. We are trying to figure out if it makes more sense to ask the requester to enter this info on the launch form vs the onus falling on legal to provide that information at the archive step, or if it makes sense to grant the team responsible for this edit access to the repository so they can add that information themselves. There is also a question of whether Ironclad should be the source of truth for this information to begin with.
