I just found out this morning that this product doesn't have a manual. I'm new to using it. What are your user tips with regard to how you find what you need in a pinch? Are you watching the videos to get step-by-step assistance, when you need it? Going to the Academy? I've sat through the two sessions of quick training and had some one-on-one. I was also asking the person assigned to me if they have a white paper with their best practices, but they don't. Perhaps someone out there has put together something on their own.
I'd love some encouraging feedback about the ways that have helped you succeed in using this product and getting your questions answered.
