We need requesters to attach a copy of their PO after legal has reviewed/approved the contract, but prior to sending the signature packet for execution. Is there a way to add documents to a workflow so they are not included with the signature packet? I don't see a way to attach a document to the Activity Feed comments, and when you add a document during the review phase it bundles it with the signature packet.
Is anyone else trying to accomplish something similar, and if so, how are you handling it?
