We noticed that once you have a Workflow in Ironclad, it will allow you to "Refresh from Source" (aka Salesforce for us) even if that Quote has changed from the initial inputs and has yet to be Approved again (in Salesforce) so terms such as net billing, discounts, etc., can be changed and pulled into/refreshed in Ironclad without being approved in Salesforce again.
Our system is set up: a Quote in Salesforce must be Approved and set to Primary in Salesforce and then a button will appear for Sales to be able to start an Ironclad Workflow.
I know Apttus had this same limitation at my previous company. I did reached out to Ironclad support and they say they can’t fix this issue - anyone have a good work around????!!!!
