Wondering if anyone has successfully achieved at least some degree of integration of Ironclad with Hubspot. Ideally, I'd want to accomplish at least the following:
- Trigger the Launch Form if a deal moves from Stage X to Stage Y on Hubspot.
- Auto-populate certain fields in the corresponding Launch Form from data for the Deal on Hubspot.
- Record interactions with counterparty via Ironclad on Hubspot (e.g., draft shared with counterparty, signature requested from counterparty, etc.).
- Automatically fill in a field for the Deal in Hubspot with a link to the Ironclad Workflow once its created.
- Automatically fill in a field for the Deal in Hubspot with a link to the Record in the Repository on Ironclad corresponding to the executed agreement(s).
Because for each Deal we typically have anywhere from 1 to 4 agreements with the same counterparty, it would also be ideal to leverage on the "related agreements" function, but I gather that can be done all within Ironclad without the need to look at Hubspot. Will be digging into this...
