Non-Numeric Uses for Formulas

Hi all! I'm relatively new to IronClad so I apologize if this has been asked/addressed before but I was wondering if anyone had any non-numeric (e.g. not just price, dates, etc.) uses for the formulas?

Our master agreements don't tend to include a lot of numbers that can be leveraged for the formula, but I wanted to gauge whether there were other types of uses that I may not be considering.

One example that I've used is relatively simple to leverage in e-mail templates to identify the workflow requester: UserAttribute(Workflow Creator,"displayname" )

I'd love to hear what others have done!
