We wanted to share with you that the Ironclad Salesforce App on the Salesforce AppExchange has been updated. Now, you can:
- approve Ironclad contract workflows and cancel signature requests from Salesforce
- enable real-time sync (no more pressing “refresh from source”) to bring Salesforce data into the workflow.
To ensure you can take advantage of new features, we recommend that you update your Ironclad Salesforce App to the most recent version 2.30 using the instructions here. If you updated your app in February 2022, jump to these instructions.

P.S. One final tip: you can check the version of the app you are using by going to Salesforce.com > Setup > Packages > Installed Packages > Version Number.
