As much as I hate to resort to memes to get my point across...
YES!! YES!! YES!!
I just need to push that approve button and then send for signature.
I think the app needs to be able to show the underlying document, which currently won't render in mobile Chrome.
Agree! The ability to effectively use Ironclad on mobile is important. Not there yet.
Hey ya'll, following up on this thread because we've released some updates to address mobile usability that I'm excited to share! It should now be easier to review the activity feed, share documents, and edit metadata from your mobile device. Please note that the dashboard wasn't in scope for this release but we'll continue to look for opportunities to improve mobile web experience and welcome your feedback. To check it out for yourself, just open the workflow as you normally would from an Ironclad Notification email.
Outstanding!!
Love the mobile web.
but please make an app that allows for proper notifications and approvals.
I have to say that the mobile rendering has gotten a good bit better.
Also the Repository is impossible to use on the Mobile website. Totally understandable for a v1, but please enhance the repository too.
@Heran_Medhin Is Repository and Dashboard on the roadmap?
Hi @David_Wieseneck , we are planning updates to Dashboard that will improve the mobile experience, that should be live by the end of April. As for the repository, that's feedback I've passed on to the product team but nothing planned as of yet.
Thanks @Heran_Medhin - stoked to see it live. Thanks!
Hey @Heran_Medhin - the dashboard is still really tough to use on Mobile.
Either way, our VP Sales shared this to me on Slack:
Just commenting for +1 to this idea. Emails come to our CFO all day, so getting an app notification or even just an SMS text with a link when a document requires an approval or is signed and ready for him would be ideal. Our previous vendor failed in a lot of other areas, but it did have these features and they are definitely missed.
Who was your previous vendor?
Sadly, no job postings for Mobile Devs yet 😞

Yes! I would love to see an enhancement to the current mobile browser experience or an app to improve the mobile experience of placing signature tags on a document. Currently, I find that the document to tag size ratio is almost always off and it's extremely hard to drag and drop the tags to the signature block accurately using a mobile device.
This just came up today, during EOY and EOQ with our Sales team traveling a Mobile App would be ideal, any change that is on the roadmap?
The mobile app works ok for workflows, but almost impossible to use for repository.
Is there an Ironclad Mobile App available now? I'd take it for workflows only at this stage.
Sorry - I meant to say the mobile optimized website app. not a legit app you can download from the App Store.
I was so excited for a minute there 🙂
Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself.... my name is Josh, and I joined Ironclad about 6 months ago to lead the product design team. I just wanted to let y'all know that we've started to fully champion & embrace a mobile-first philosophy. Now... it'll take a while for you to see that expressed in our app (design happens well ahead of build/engineering/release), but please know that we couldn't agree more with the sentiment expressed in this thread, and we're all over it. As a few of you have guessed... we're focused on mobile-web right now; not native apps... so, there are some limitation around how we can notify (e.g. we can't use native device notifications). With that said, we are also re-thinking notification and badging in our app, so we'll do the best we can with the tech/tools available in web.
Stoked! Thanks for the update.
The ability to access Ironclad via mobile device will be huge for us. Thank you for the update!
Not having Ironclad available via as mobile app is becoming a HUGE negative for our organization. The browser interface is not practical or easy to use and very limited. At this day and age there should be a mobile app available.
PLEASE solve for this.
I just had this come up a few times in the last couple of weeks highlighting the need for a mobile app. It would absolutely increase use and efficiency.
