I was inspired by this post:

Currently, anyone can click the little clock icon and trigger a reminder email to the Approver/Reviewer/Signer.
https://support.ironcladapp.com/s/article/How-to-Send-a-Reminder
This is great, but it would be super helpful to configure (in WFD & on individual workflows) automated reminders.
Also automatically cancel a signature packet after # days.
Use cases:
- Set up in the NDA WFD that all NDAs generated from that WFD have automatic reminders sent to signers daily at 9am.
- Signature Coordinator overrides a specific NDA from the above scenario since they want to override this NDA to weekly reminders (the recipient is sensitive and does not want to be reminded daily)
- Set up in the Sales Contract WFD that all Sales Contracts generated from that WFD have automatic reminders sent to signers weekly on Monday at 4pm.
- Signature Coordinator overrides a specific Sales Contract from the above scenario since they want to override Sales Contract to manual reminders
- Set up in the Procurement WFD that all Procurement workflows generated from that WFD have automatic reminders sent to signers 48h after the last reminder
- Automatically cancel signature packet after 30 days
Currently our workaround is to configure this in our Docusign instance:

But this is not ideal for a few reasons:
- These setting apply to all workflows - so it is a one-size-fits-all approach.
- The reminder emails are not visible in Ironclad, so the signature coordinator has no idea that the counterparty is getting reminded each day. In the Activity Field, only reminders that are initiated from the Ironclad clock are logged as an action.
- Since the Docusign integration goes through one central user (per Ironclad instructions/best-practice), the signature coordinator's do not have access to Docusign and therefore can not override the account level settings & can not control the signature experience with the counterparty (very important part!)
